Residue. Published range still $40\le\tau_5\le 44$. Did not claim $\tau_5=40$. After q7, remaining 5-star leftover hosts are the 32 type-$(0,5)$ pools. Global leftover SAT forbids the two empty five-star types. Native CaDiCaL on the $k=30$ leftover-tight CNF wrote past $15$ GB of binary DRAT and did not finish; the weaker global leftover DRAT passed $11$ GB. No Heule-verified proof and no 41-set. Tiny leftover_k30 smoke is not a certificate.
