2026-09-26 — leftover followup seeds

q11 searched one-flip balls of its first five certificates (150 balls) and stopped. Three further schemes appeared there and were not fed back as seeds. Each ball is one unimodular diagonal flip and every sign change of Hamming weight at most three. There is no symmetry reduction. Search continued through every ball.

All 93 leftover balls finished. The 552 schemes that appeared are already among the 2,415. The one-flip followup chain from q8 through these three certificates has no unused leftover certificate.

Neither preferred 22-oval nest appeared. No algebraic exclusion is claimed.
