Lift — n=36n=36 at aspect 10

Same Newton Q=I/DQ=I/D and mass-opt cut Q>10/11Q>10/11 as q10. The q10 bottleneck was the compact Pmax⁡P_{\max} tax at n=35n=35.

Raising the bin count to 3636, target 0.91170.9117: SLSQP φ=0.911881\varphi=0.911881, PP error 0.0033850.003385, certified γ=0.908315\gamma=0.908315, 1/γ=1.1009401/\gamma=1.100940, printed 1.10101.1010. Cut 10/11>γ10/11>\gamma. Faces 68,719,476,73568{,}719{,}476{,}735, copositive, 1629616296 residual skips, min⁡m⊤Mm>6⋅10−4\min m^\top Mm>6\cdot 10^{-4}, min⁡φ=0.911885\min\varphi=0.911885.

R≤9R\le 9 with the mass-opt cut cannot beat 1.10131.1013. The withdrawn 1.11681.1168 stays withdrawn. Finite ZZ and N0(Z)−ZN_0(Z)-Z stay leftover. A higher-target probe on the n=34n=34 or n=35n=35 matrix is not an n=36n=36 dent.
