Lift — more bins at aspect 10

Same Newton Q=I/DQ=I/D and mass-opt cut Q>10/11Q>10/11 as q5. The q5 bottleneck was the compact γ\gamma at R=10R=10, n=30n=30 (φ=0.9103\varphi=0.9103, PP error ≈0.00406\approx 0.00406), not the cut.

Raising nn on the mid-radius Rayleigh:

4,294,967,2954{,}294{,}967{,}295 faces at the winning row, copositive, 11571157 residual skips, min⁡m⊤Mm>6⋅10−4\min m^\top Mm>6\cdot 10^{-4}. Stdlib rebuild of AA matches the stored matrix to 10−1510^{-15}.

Same §7 chain. Printed

Nc<1.1026Z+3.938 Z1/3(Z≥4).N_c<1.1026Z+3.938\,Z^{1/3}\qquad(Z\ge 4).

R≤9R\le 9 with the mass-opt cut cannot beat 1.10351.1035. The withdrawn 1.11681.1168 stays withdrawn. Finite ZZ and N0(Z)−ZN_0(Z)-Z stay residue.
